WORKSHOPS PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
The IHA conference organizing committee is requesting proposals for 2-hour workshops to be held in conjunction with the main conference. The purpose of the workshop is to provide an opportunity for members of the IHA and other related professionals to present and discuss novel ideas on current and emerging topics. Workshops are scheduled for September 8th to 10th 2017. Description: Each workshop should be organized under a well-defined theme focusing on emerging research areas and challenging problems. Organizers have free controls on the format, style as well as building blocks of the workshop. Principles for pool work session (100 min): 2 persons to lead; 10 participants per group; 10 min to prepare, 10 min to enter the pool, 45 min in water, 15 min to exit and change; 20 min to wrap it up. Short description of workshop content (Background, Aims, Methods of delivery, expected results, max 500 words) to be sent to [email protected].

The pool can be entered by steps or with a hoist
2 changing rooms and an additional place for participants with special needs
4 showers and 2 toilets; all wheelchair accessible; several hair-driers

The course is open to all Halliwick instructors who have completed the basic or foundation IHA recognized course. The number of participants is limited to 20.
