AOP 2014 Review of the Success Factor Learning and Innovation
Goal:
To address challenges in the success factor
Main questions addressed:
Was learning and innovation adequately built into the change processes?
At which level did learning and innovation take place?
Did ProGED contribute to knowledge management of partners and GIZ?
Has learning been used as input to M+E and vice versa?
How has monitoring and evaluation outputs been used for knowledge management and public relations?
Results of the presentation and discussion:
In all LOI learning and knowledge management was an integral part of the interventions
Capacity development efforts were wide ranging, taking place for stakeholders at all levels (individuals, organizations, networks and the policy field) as well as for GIZ ProGED team members
2014 should see a major capacity development drive in ProGED, details have to be identified – Pilot GED Training and Learning Visits
Innovation could become a focus of the future, especially when it comes to green innovations in the value chains
