Cordial Hotels choose NAVIHOTEL as their suitable hotel management software
Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts is a hotel chain that started in
2004, relying on the experience and knowledge of a team of
professionals who have more than 30 years of experience in the
hospitality sector, managing the well known bungalow resorts
Cordial Biarritx, Cordial Green Golf and Cordial Sandy Golf.
Together with these three establishments, which were
commercialized until mid 2003 under the brand name Amigos HBA,
Cordial Canarias added more than 1000 beds between Playa del
Ingles and Campo de Golf de Maspalomas. These establishments
were renewed in 2006 in order to adjust them to the standards of
quality, comfort and design of the Cordial Canarias Hotels &
Resorts Group.
In December 2004, Cordial Canarias incorporated into the group
the magnificent Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa, in the picturesque
Puerto de Mogan. It is a 487 room establishment with a four star
category that ever since they opened has become worthy of the
admiration both of their clients and of professionals within the
sector.
SITUATION Cordial Canarias Hotels & Resorts starts managing their hotel chain
in January 2004 with three establishments that weren’t integrated
at any level in computer terms, they worked with different non-
integrated applications. Therefore, they required an integrated
system of information which would offer a complete daily
management of all the different establishments.
SOLUTION NAVIHOTEL gave the possibility for Cordial Hotels & Resorts to start
being managed as a hotel chain, with headquarters where
invoicing, occupancy and purchases could be centralized, without
having to treat them individually.

which offers the best product for hotel management, therefore,
and together with their proved experience, it was the best choice
for Corial Hotels & Resorts.
