PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
You may plan your presentation taking into account the specific
requirements of your panel.
We recommend contacting your panel leader to discuss this structure
and receive further information about your conference.
• Each room is equipped with a PC, internet access, a microphone, screen and video beam.
• If you have any other audio visual requirement for your presentation, please notify us using the Speaker Registration Form we have sent to you, or emailing your request to [email protected].

AGENDA
As soon as you arrive in Barranquilla, you will receive a complete agenda with a detailed schedule of the activities we have planned for you during your stay with us.
Please claim your welcome package with this agenda included, either at the front desk of the hotel or with one Cátedra Europa’s staff member.
We would like to make your time as productive and enjoyable as possible during your visit. For this purpose, this agenda will include your academic and social activities for your entire visit.
The Aviatur company, has been selected as the transportation provider for the participants in Cátedra Europa Uninorte 2015.
A properly identified member of this company will be waiting for you at the time of your arrival to Barranquilla at the International Airport Ernesto Cortizzos.
Please let us know in case of any of the follow situations occur, (see telephone directory at the end of these instructions:
Delay in your travel itinerary due to flights, airports, and / or last minute
changes and / or delay in connections, customs processes, etc.

Every day at the front desk, a member of our staff, identified with Cátedra Europa – Uninorte tags, will be assisting you to your destination in accordance with your particular agenda. A daily route has been established between the hotel and Uninorte. A detailed schedule will be placed in your Agenda.
ACCOMODATION
We would like to assure a pleasant stay in Barranquilla for all our guests. Dann Carlton Hotel, located in one of the most exclusive sectors in the city, has been specially chosen to give you a wonderful experience.
As our guest, you will have access to the following services: Single room accommodation. Daily breakfast. Lunch or dinner (up to 30.000 COP per day) per guest, to be used at one of
the restaurants available at the Hotel. Wireless Internet Service. Hotel Fees included
• All the academic activities of Europa - Uninorte Conference have been programmed at Uninorte’s Campus where we have a medical care center with a full time doctor and nurse.
• Uninorte also sponsors its own hospital,
Hospital Universidad del Norte, a high level medical institution, located in Barranquilla, Calle 30 Autopista al Aereopuerto.
• Participants and lecturers should bring a valid medical insurance with international coverage during their visit.
