Brief Historical review The Centro Canadiense opened in 1995 at the top
of the pharmacy Cathedral, San Jose with 30 students . Five years later they moved to Buen Campo building.
Now they have 16 years of experience in language teaching.They teach different languages such as: French, Italian, Mandarin, German, Portuguese,and English.
In March , 2011 an office opened in Heredia which already has three months to impart lessons .They hope to wide their schudeles in order to the population inscreased.

• DESCRIPTION OF GROUPS• Group #1 (on Tuesday)• Population: 9 students• Approximate ages : from 19 to 40 years old.• Level: Beginners• Group weakness: Punctualityand disrespect in some situation. • Group strenghs:Participation, Responsibility , and use the language.Some observations:• Some students do not turn off the cell phone during the class• In general, the group shows interest towards the language; all participate in the different class activities.
Group #2 • Population: 8 students• Approximate ages : from 19 to 38 years old• Level: Beginners• Group weakness:Punctuality, Language use, the class is
passive• Group strenghts:Interest towards the language, respect,Responsibility.Some observations:• Lack of dynamic activities• The class is developed in a fast way and there is not break.• They use a lot Spanish language even the teacher• Most of the students do not participate voluntarily only if is requested for the teacher.
Description of classroom and equiptment available
In general the classroom has good conditions. This has certain tools to facilitate the class. For example:

• At the end of this Teaching practice I hope gain practical work experience because is not the same working in a theoretical way that in a practical way.
• I hope this practice help me like a trainee and give me some experiences in what is involved in being a teacher in the real life. Taking advantage of each teachers’ strengths in order to wide my knowledge in the teaching area.
Some goals concerning student’s learning during the practice:• To help in the learning process of the students.• Teaching different grammar structures.• Students learn how to apply these structures in real life
situations, in an appropriate way.• Basically ,Students get familiar with basic structures and basic
vocabulary
