o GENDEC 72 hours without Visa
o PAX need Visa before arrival if the aircraft will stay overnight
o Short Techstop = No Visa and Customs required
o Positioning crew need Visa STRICTLY before arrival. Not possible to obtain upon arrival
• Kyrgyzstan / Tajikistan
o Very Visa Friendly Countries- Most Countries Do Not Need One, Including The United States

Azerbaijan
o Only Turkish and Israeli Citizens are allowed to obtain Visas on
arrival. All other Nationalities have to get their Visas prior to arrival
o Citizens of Russia are allowed to stay in the territory of Azerbaijan
for 90 days without Visa
o Crew can stay on GENDEC 72 hours without Visa. Crew also can
depart on commercial airline but cannot arrive on commercial airline
without a Visa

o Visa for crew not required for 72 hours and being on GENDEC

UZBEKISTAN
• Crew Visa not required for quick turn around, only if crew leaves airport
• Crew passport copies required 2-3 days prior to arrival in order to get an official invitation letter from the Uzbekistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Crew should have letter before departure from Europe and Visa will be obtained upon arrival (Visa cost for USA crew member is 300USD)
• Crew members arriving in the Republic of Uzbekistan on commercial flights should obtain the entry Visas in at the Embassy or their local Consulate of Uzbekistan
• Passengers need Visa before arrival to Uzbekistan. It is not possible to arrange Visa upon arrival

exceeding $ 10,000.- must be declared to customs
