AMERICAN BROWNIES

250 gr sugar 150 gr butter

180 gr flour 4 eggs

130 gr cocoa vanilla sugar

½ tea spoon of salt 150 gr chocolate drops

½ tea spoon of baking powder 100 gr minced walnuts

� Wash your hands!

� Preheat the oven at 180°C.

� Cut the walnuts into small pieces carfully.

� Put sugar, flour, cacoa and baking powder in a bowl and mix the

ingredients.

� Next, take a second bowl and mix butter, eggs and vanilla sugar

for about a minute.

� Mix the content of both bowls properly.

� To finish, add chocolate chips and walnuts to the pastry.

� Put baking paper into the baking pan. Then, put the pastry into

it.

� The brownies are done after 30 – 35 minutes in the oven.

CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

250 gr flour 100 gr butter

150 gr sugar 2 eggs

50 gr cocoa 250 gr sour cream

½ tea spoon of salt 200 gr cream

1 spoon of baking powder 150 gr chocolate chips

� Wash your hands!

� Preheat the oven at 200°C.

� Put sugar, flour, cacoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix

the ingredients.

� Next, take a second bowl and mix butter, eggs and cream for

about a minute.

� Mix the content of both bowls properly.

� To finish, add chocolate chips to the pastry.

� Put baking paper into the bun tin (special baking sheet for

muffins). Then, put the pastry into it.

� The muffins are done after 25 – 30 minutes in the oven.

� Now you can decorate them! ☺

CHOCOLATE CAKE

375 gr flour 200 gr soft butter

300 gr sugar 5 eggs

50 gr cocoa 250 ml milk

2 packs of vanilla sugar minced almonds

1 pack of baking powder chocolate chips

� Wash your hands!

� Preheat the oven at 190°C.

� Put sugar, flour, cacoa, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl

and mix the ingredients.

� Next, add butter, eggs and milk. Mix everything properly.

� To finish, add minced almonds or chocolate chips to the pastry.

� Put baking paper into the baking sheet. Then put the pastry

onto it.

� The cake is done after about 20 minutes in the oven.

� Now you can decorate it! ☺

“SCHOKO-CROSSIES”

200 gr chocolate coating

60 gr almonds or coconut sprinkles

60 gr cornflakes

� Wash your hands!

� Heat and melt the chocolate coating in a bain-marie on the

stove.

� You can mix dark chocolate with almonds or white

chocolate with coconut sprinkles or dark chocolate

with…… ☺

� Then, carefully mix the melted chocolate coating with almonds

and cornflakes.

� Place the hot pastry on a plate using a tea spoon.

� You can start eating as soon as the crossies cooled down.
