Course Description

Cisco Intelligent Automation and Cisco IntelligentAutomation for Cloud is an advanced softwarestack for cloud computing and data centerautomation. It works with both virtual and physicalinfrastructure across the compute, network,storage, and application domains.

The goal of this two-day training is to enable SEsto understand the unique value proposition of theCisco Intelligent Automation (CIA) architecture inorder to identify use cases, effectively discuss andposition CIA with customers and to perform simple,self-contained demonstrations of the product thatfocus on the front-office functions.

Completing this course will allow attendees toidentify typical use cases for Cisco IntelligentAutomation including, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and XaaS,as well as other workplace services like EmployeeOn Boarding, Telecom and Training.

Completing this course will allow attendees tounderstand the lifecycle of a CIAC project fromsales through deployment, including who is involvedin the various phases of the project (buyers andinfluencers) and what potential issues or roadblocksmay occur.

This is not a technical engineering course, butrather a consultative selling training that will prepareattendees to effectively message the unique valueproposition of CIAC and perform simple, self-contained demonstrations of the product thatemphasize the front-office features and capabilities.
