Entries need to be received by the tournament organiser Friday 7th

February. All payments received by this

date will receive a $10 discount. (e.g. The 40k General entry before Feb 8th will be $35) Junior 40k is for 16s

and under. However, juniors are eligible to enter the general tournament if they choose. Payments received on

the day of the event will incur an additional $10 processing fee.

Tournament games to be played: Please tick the competition you wish to enter. NB: Prices listed below are

before the discounted early entry fee.

made by the tournament organiser. I recognise that I am to download the Player’s Pack for CotT 2014 and read the

instructions and procedures for the tournament. I also agree that I have no claim against the organisers of the tournament

or any club associated with it for any loss/damage or injury to any person or property arising from any occurrence during

or in any way connected with “Clash of the Titans” 2014 or its competitions. I also understand that once I have paid my

entry fee it will not be refunded if I cannot attend on the day of competition for some reason other than the tournament

not taking place.
