Schedule appointments for your campus visits
1. Log into your Family Connection. Click on “Colleges”, then click on “Colleges I’m Applying to” and add desired colleges to your list.
2. If applying to Common Application schools follow these steps: Create an account on Common App website. View video (on Family Connection home page) for how to match Family
Connection to Common App. Complete the FERPA release in Family Connection. In addition to teacher recommenders, you must also request your counselor
as a recommender through Family Connection, not Common App.
NOTE: If applying to only one Common App school and that college gives both Common App and institution application option, use the institution application.

3. Complete application and transcript request online through your Family Connection page once you have applied to the college. Counselor and teacher recommendations require 5-7 working days to process. Transcripts will be available for submitting after Labor Day.
4. If ACT/SAT scores need to be sent directly to prospective colleges, go to www.act.org or collegeboard.com to request submission.
1. Set appointment with counselor to review transcript and requirements.
2. Register on-line at www.eligibilitycenter.org for the NCAA or www.playnaia.org for NAIA.
3. Send transcript to NCAA and/or NAIA through Family Connections.
4. Send ACT/SAT scores directly from the testing center.

Tuition Incentive Program(TIP)
TIP Eligibility- Received Medicaid coverage for 24 months within a 36-consecutive month period between the ages of 9 and high school graduation.
TIP covers cost of tuition credit hours at most community colleges and a select group of 4 year colleges.
