Day 1 Agenda(Friday)
• 6 pm-6:45 pm - Arrive, and welcome
• 7:00 - Class #1: Almond Joy Bars Prepped for Dessert :)
• 7:30 - Class #2: How to make Zoodles & Homemade Salad Dressing
• 8:30 - ENJOY our Dinner Together
• 9:30 - Dessert / Freetime / Relax
• 10:00 - Class #3: Overnight Oats Prep
• 11pm - End of Day One
Don’t worry about additional costs for a hotel room.We will be staying together under one roof!
• 7:00 am - Breakfast Together (Overnight Oats)• 8:00 am - Walk / hike / run / stretch • 9-11 am - Free time for Self-care, shower, etc.• 11:00 am - Class #4: Clean Lettuce Wraps• Noonish - Lunch together• 1-2 pm - Free Time• 2:00 pm - Class #5: Protein Energy Balls

Day 2 Agenda cont.• 2-5 pm - Free time to walk, hike, relax• 5:00 pm - Class #6 & #7: Dinner - Greek
Chicken, Roasted Vegetables, & Salad• 6:00 pm - Dinner Together• 8:00 pm - Class #8: Banana Ice Cream• 9:00 pm - Enjoy Dessert & Relaxing• 11:00 pm - End of Day 2
