Phases and examples of exercises:
• MOTIVATION: starting from students’ previous knowledge, some definitions have been built;
• MATCHING: specific lexis to be linked to its definition;
• CROSSWORD: ludic activities involve actively students,and make them learn things easily;

• WORK IN PROGRESS: using a mute map, students had to write the right terms in their place;
• SUMMARIZING A TEXT after filling in its blanks, to reinforce the main linguistic competences, now complete and complex!
METHODOLOGY….and….what did students learn?
• CLIL methodology, that is to say:
- Geography theme in English, by both teachers;
- Students and teachers interacting in English;
- Developing linguistic and communicative competences;
- Improving relationship with others.
WHAT DID STUDENTS SAY ABOUT THE ACTIVITY?
1. Interesting and useful;
2. Made both Geography and English learning easier and more attractive;
3. Made group work and cooperative work efficient methods to produce something.
