APPOINTMENT TO THE POST OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Company having an Authorised Capital of Rs.1000 crores is a wholly owned State Government Company and is engaged in the business of supply, distribution of electricity and related activities in the

5 districts of Telangana.

Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for filling up the post of Company Secretary on ad-hoc basis initially for a period of one year. The term may be extended depending upon the

necessity. The incumbent is required to work under the control of Chairman & Managing Director/TSSPDCL at the registered office at Corporate Office/TSSPDCL/Hyderabad.

a. Qualification :- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries

of India. b. Experience :- Minimum 5 years in the matters of secretarial,

legal, taxation & other accounts etc. of a reputed organization

having a paid-up capital of Rs.50.00 crores and above. c. Age limit :- Maximum 35 years as on date of notification.

d. Remuneration : Consolidated amount of Rs.40,000/- per month all inclusive. e. Preference :- Will be given to the candidates having experience

in Public Sector undertakings.
