Basic description
The noodle is a staple food. Made of dough, it’s rolled out , cut into
various shapes, and cooked.

History
The noodle originated in china. They were often made of wheat dough, and were stretched and pulled by hand receptively until
they had a long thin strip of dough. Years later they started
cutting the dough into strips. And then later started making the

There are infinite types of noodles and pasta from all around the world.

Ways To Cook
The most common way to cook noodles and pasta is boiling the noodles in water, oil or broth.
People add them to a variety of sauces and dishes.

The first American factory
The first American pasta factory was
opened in Brooklyn , in 1848. by
Frenchman Antoine Zerega. He started with just a horse to work machinery and
dried the pasta on the roof of his house.

My Favorite
My favorite pasta is shell pasta. It’s manly
used for mac and cheese, but can also be stuffed like ravioli. It’s named shell because it looks like a sea shell.
