Web webfile.cas.unt.edu Easy to learn and use and widely accessible, but you must adhere to a download, edit, and upload cycle.
VPN tinyurl.com/mryu88o Most challenging initial set up and usually best for your home’s personal computer, but easier to update files and gain access to campus-restricted services.
Email webmail.unt.edu Easiest to learn and use, but uses up your quota quickly, you must pre-plan “downloads,” and still do update cycle.

• Impacts your colleagues’ work.• Only ITS may approve devices for wired network use.• You are NOT authorized to extend the network.September 6th, 2013 15CAS New Employee Orientation
