Fletcher Priest is an award-winning studio of architects and designers, with experience at different scales, from urban masterplanning to interiors and graphic design.
Established in 1978 and with its London studio in Fitzrovia, Fletcher Priest consists of around 100 people with an additional German studio established in 1992 and in Riga in 2007. The practice has developed a reputation for finding elegant solutions to complex design problems.
Each project is driven by the operational needs of its clients and building users, reflecting its ability to understand, collaborate, consult and communicate with a wide range of audiences. Increasingly its projects help to change established working methods and create new corporate and social cultures.
Fletcher Priest works for a diverse range of clients in the public and private sector, including some of the world’s leading organisations, such as Sony, Vodafone and Nomura, as well as most of the UK’s leading developers and contractors. Designing homes has always been an important part of the practice’s work, and projects range in scale from one-off houses, to luxury developments and large-scale residential masterplans.
Fletcher Priest is currently working on the masterplan for a new town in Cambridgeshire, two Oxford colleges, award-winning corporate buildings in sensitive locations around St Paul’s Cathedral, and a European headquarters for one of the world’s leading technology businesses.
