Elisa A. (Lee) Mancuso is a neonatal nurse practitioner, bereavement counselor and professor at Su� olk County Community College specializing in pediatrics, mental health and leadership. During the past 33 years, her leadership role has evolved from local to national professional organizations. Since Fall 2016, she has been president of ANA-NY, of which she has been a charter member and a founding board member since December 2012.

Leonard C. Achan, an entrepreneur and artist with nearly 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, previously was senior associate dean for global communications, branding and reputation at the Icahn School of Medicine before joining the Hospital for Special Surgery. He was also chief communications and access o� icer at Mount Sinai Health System and chairman of Quality Reviews, Inc.
