Book Review
Greeting to all our faculty friends:
Now it has become a com-mitment to publish the newsletter every month. As every issue becomes a learning experience for me so as this month issue too...It’s becoming quite chal-lenge for me to fit all happening in your department in the available space, I thank from my heart for all our faculty friends who are all be-coming a part of this newsletter developing process. The Campus Connect section which we started last month, given me a chance to explore the intellectual strength of
the department. As last issue article spoke about the plagiarisms, this month article I was forced to write about the recruitment scams which hit the headlines, but I also in-cluded the other side of our faculties their pongal kolam’s, it is all our own faculties art, try to identify your ko-
lam, if you remember it. Once again I invite all to make use of this plat-form to showcase your ideas. Please feel free to give suggestions apart from your contributions. Thank you.

For every NET qualified staff working in the private self financing colleges have a dream to get into Govern-
ment Colleges, for the simple reason, “security and benefits”. But, there are certain “formalities” and
“procedures” which no way connected to your performance, achievements, research credits and above all
your passion towards teaching. Today, we come across headlines in news and discussion in channels about
those procedures and formalities, which they finally found it as a SCAM. The agencies have finally investigated
and come out with the following report on reveling the secrets, which everyone know.
