When Mitchell Representatives came in Russia as a part of Austrade Mission I started to
work with a company as a translator and got promoted to a Client Liaison Officer in a
month. Together with Leon Hennessy (Country Manager for China, Russia and Mongolia)
we were looking for the clients organizing meetings and promoting the company. As a
result company won 2 projects for FEED Studies. In January 2012 was offered a Russian
Business Development Manager Position. My main objective was to promote Company
Services with the chief executives, Search and Liaison with the Client, coordinate the
Projects with the Client’s team at different levels, look for new business options, JV
search and evaluation, Russian Business Incorporation, Tender Documents Preparation
and Submission, Russian personnel hire, training and teambuilding, Translation
Supervision. After the first projects the company won another contract for Drilling
Services Provision and the fourth one for CMM Drilling Project Design which was
terminated by the Client due to significant coal prices decrease.
With MES was twice in Australia on business trips – first time to attend Company’s Spin
Sales training and second time to accompany Client’s representatives to the operation
field.

Coal Mining branch of Evraz in Novokuznetsk (JSC UCC Yuzhkuzbassugol).
