GOALS for FY21Reduce Litter by 10%We are not being effective if we do not begin seeing improvement in littering, dumping, and sanitation overall. It will take all of us.
Add Landscaping ServicesThis is an opportunity to assist with beautification and increase contract revenue. Success is two contracts for service.
Increase Outreach Metrics We want to make sure we are connecting with as many people as possible through the appropriate media
GOALS for FY21Complete Audit of Surcharge TaxesWe want to make sure that all of the agencies involved have all the same information and that it is accurate
Formalize our sanitation program We have an opportunity to create a workforce development program that benefits those in our neighborhood in need of employment while elevated our staff into more career focused positions
Hold 2-3 Community Engagement EventsThis may look different than originally planned
