Step 1: System Basic Information
System basic information contains following data types (Refer ODD)
Group: Select particular group in Tree viewer
NE Type: Select "MACRO OUT0OOR 01ST"
NE Version: Select "2.0.0"
NE ID: NE 10 of eNB
Name: Site name of eNB
Serial No.: Serial number of UAMA
Smart Cell: Select "TYPE_E"
MCC: MCC value of eNB
MNC: MNC value of eNB
Cell ID: Cell ID MSB 4-bits value of 0 to F according to site type.
Latitude: GPS information
Longitude: GPS information type
Entering System Basic Information
To start growing the system, click Grow eNB on the AceMan LSM menu.
Then enter the information as per ODD
Click Next
Fields for System Basic Information
Following Data types need to be configured
IF Name: ge_O_O_Port# or ge_O_O_Port#.vLAN ID
IP version: Select IPv6
IP Address: IP address according to interface
IP Pfx Len: Prefix value of IP address
OAM: Select ON if you want to use this interface for OAM.
LTE_SIGNAL_S1: Select ON if you want to use this interface for S1 signal.
LTE_SIGNAL_X2: Select ON if you want to use this interface for X2 signal.
LTE_BEARER: Select ON if you want to use this interface for Bearer traffic.
LTE_BEARER_M1: Select ON if you want to use this interface for eMBMS M1.
Click Next
Step 2: Configuring External Links
Select the external Port No. for Backhaul and UDE in the check box and click N/W Data button

ADD LSM route with CSS as gateway in route table shown below.
Click Next Click the Apply button
Step 3: MME IP Information
In the MME IP information select as below.
IP Type: IPV6
IP Address: S1AP IP Address of MME (from ODD)
Click Next
Step 4: Scheduler Info
Enter the information of Smart Scheduler as below
- Scheduler Type: Select SCHEDULER
- Smart Type: Select CLUSTER
- NRT Scheduler ID: Smart Scheduler NE ID
- IP version: Select IPv6
- IP Address: Service (XE Interface) IP address of Smart Scheduler
Click Next
Step 5: MCE Info
Enter the M2 IP address information of MCE as below,
- IP version: Select IPv6
- IP Address: M2 IP address of MCE
Click Next
Step 6: eNB Serial Number
Enter correct value from field or check other eNB with same serial no's in Serial No. of System Basic Information like below.
Enter eNB Serial No.
Step 7: Cell Management
Step 7a): Click box of Cell #0 and then click box of SubCell (dsp#0 /0) as below.
Step 7b): Click box of Cell #1 and then click box of SubCell (dsp#1 /2) as below.
Remark: If you click the cell, this box color will be changed from white to pink. And you can see "0" in Subcell box.

Step 7: Click box of Cell #0 and then click box of SubCell (dsp#0/2/4)
Note: If you click the cell, this box color will be changed from white to pink. And you can see "2" in SubCell box.

In SON options, We can configure 4 parameters as follows
Initial auto PCI Allocation

Initial NRT configuration

Step 8: SON Options - Initial Auto PCI Allocation
Select “Initial auto PCI Allocation” as shown below using SON Option menu
Selected Column in Detail Cell Information turns Gray (Disabled) from Yellow

Using RSI SON Option (Assign value of RSI automatically)

Check the value of FrqBandInd whether value is 40 (correct value) or not.
Steps 10 & 11: Location & Detailed Cell Information
Input the GPS value (Latitude / Longitude / Height) of each cell.
Input the detail value of each cell as below
Diversity: Select "4Tx4Rx" Path: Select "A/B/C/D" TAC: Tracking Area Code value EAID: 0 (Emergency Area ID) HSF: Select "OFF" (High Speed Flag) ZCZC: 12 (Zero Correlation Zone Configuration)

After grow eNB on LSM client, eNB starts PKG loading from LSM server. Once eNB finish PKG loading, eNB executes each processor.

Set PCID of SON Function
1) Set the value of "PCID_ENABLE" from "sonFuncOff" to "sonAutoApply" 2) "CHG-SONFN- ENB" on [CLI] windows in LSM client 3) Execute the command

Check whether new 3 environment information are added with "RTRV-ENV-INF" on CLI command in LSM client.

Step 1: System Activate Step 1: To unlock eNB, execute "Unlocked" in "Administrate State" menu after click right button of mouse on eNB what you want to change
Step2: To activate cell, select [Cell Management] menu on [Configuration] and then select whole Cells on the "Cell Management" window, and then execute "Unlocked" after click right
