FINAL REMARKS
Although the e-BAÚ System is already in 8 Provinces, efforts are in place to extend it to other Provinces – and not only at the BAUs
Integrating other information systems/ services to the interoperability network is a major challenge
Need of technical staff in quantity and with key skills to ensure the system's sustainability
KPI have been achieved – results show that the performance of the e-BAU system is higher that KPI
Monitoring tool for decision makers [Ministers, Directors, Managers] have been implemented – at any time stats can be fetched
