The Gerontology‐Aging Services Professional Program at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College’s Ashland campus is
offering the Dementia Care Pathways Certificate with free tuition and books to qualifying individuals as a part of the
regional dementia‐friendly community initiative. To apply for this offering, complete information below and return to
Jennifer Ellis via mail or email. Application due by 4:00 PM on Monday, June 15th, 2020. Preference will be given to
individuals working in health & human services within Ashland, Bayfield, Iron, or Sawyer Counties.

Course Information for “Dementia Care Pathways Certificate” *Students can participate in live sessions from Ashland or Hayward locations. Your Choice courses are designedfor individuals who need flexibility in completing their coursework by allowing the student the choice betweenfully classroom‐based instruction including web conferencing connections, fully online instruction, or acombination of the two.
