Preface
In this age of advance technology, Computer science is in
core for every science. The wonders of science which seem to excel
the wonders of nature have affected our everyday life. Life today is
governed and conditioned by the Computers and it is very difficult to
imagine existence without them. Computer Science invented the
things for the other sciences. We tried to introduce our students about
this power and this advanced technology to make them liable for
nation building.
The twenty first century has brought before us the information
age. Computers & Internet have radically transformed our lives &
opened up new avenues of knowledge, information, work
employment and communication. Information Technology literacy
has become essential for survival & growth in the knowledge society
& for advancing upon the career path.

for the students which made the Bridge Course a successful event in the department. New
entrants got adequate time for the transition to hard core computer courses with the help of
teaching learning exposures provided on entrepreneurship Development, Profile building in
three years of UG degree, Self-development and Life Skills. Bridge course objectives are
well satisfied. Students are made aware about multidisciplinary areas and their developments
and developed ability to apply knowledge of Computer science, identify, formulate, and solve
all computer programming problems. Interaction with experts, faculties and classmates
remained outstanding. Students have gained practical Knowledge of computer programming
and started thought process to solve their problems. Being the Bridge courses the contents of
this is presented in a compressive way using simple language instead of question answer
form, so that the student should master the concept and then apply it. Along with its contents
so many solved problems, example programmes, diagrams and tables which will helps a
