ACTIVE & STRONG An active lifestyle is important to maintain your health and wellness. This full body, low impact workout is designed to help build strength and maintain flexibility, great for all ages. Get moving so you can keep moving! CARDIO SCULPT COMBO Elements focused on endurance, muscle conditioning and cardio are built into this class to help you sculpt and energize your fit and firm physique. CHISEL'D Transform both mind and body with this muscle strengthening and conditioning class. You will be challenged and motivated as you chisel your way through this work out using a variety of equipment and conditioning methods. FIT MIX A full body workout with a mix of strength, cardio and flexibility. HATHA STRENGTH YOGA Add yoga to your training for a well balanced mind and body. HIIT IT HARD Start your weekend off right with 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training. Guaranteed to make you sweat, this workout improves your speed and agility. Each class ends with a 15 minute stretching component. MORNING MADNESS It's Monday and the instructor has gone "mad"! Let her imagination and skills take you through a workout that will kick the weekend food and fun to the curb. It's going to get sweaty! MOVE IT OR LOSE IT Bodies are meant to move! Let's face it we all feel better when we keep our bodies strong and active. A developed core along with muscles that are challenged though strength conditioning will help you to look and feel great. Don't lose it, so let's move it!

MUSCLE UP Define and strengthen muscles as you challenge yourself with a wide variety of conditioning methods and training equipment.

POUND PLUS Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music! Then add some additional resistance and core training for your complete workout.

POWER HOUR Get powered up in this high energy class! Work out your body from head to toe, no muscles will feel left out.

PUT A SPIN ON IT Challenge yourself with a mix of 20 min. strength, 20 min core add 20 min of spin for a complete workout.

RACE WALKING A great low impact exercise, coaching provided.

SATTVA YOGA This dynamic and strong practice developed by Rameen Peyrow balances the body, breath and mind to leave you feeling blissful. Every month we introduce a new diverse hatha yoga sequence designed to bring balance, inner strength, and energy to the practitioner. Basic yoga knowledge is recommended.

SILVER STRONG This total body workout for the active aging focuses on improving strength, balance, stability and flexibility. Research has shown that exercise can slow the physiological aging clock with many health benefits.

Sportball programs focus on seven popular sports: hockey, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis and golf. Children are taught the fundamental skills of each sport and have the opportunity to practice and refine these skills. Sportball is a non-competitive sports program that recognizes the importance of developing fundamental movement skills in the early years.
