Alcohol in the UK over the last decade:
Binge drinking has declined 25% (ONS)
The number of children (11-15) drinking alcohol has declined 50% (HSCIC)
Under 18s hospital admissions due to alcohol have declined 41% (PHE)
Violent crimes related to alcohol have declined 40% (ONS)
Drink driving related accidents have declined 45% (DfT)

Binge Drinking in Newcastle is 68% higher than the national

Alcohol-related hospital admissions in Blackpool are 76%
