The learning design of each module follows a 3-phase structure:
• Introduction – Introduce the top to ENGAGE the participants and get them hooked
• Development – Deliver theory and allow time for practice and experimentation to ACTIVATE the learning
• Consolidation – Consolidate the learning by allowing time to apply the learning and REFLECT

Our training methodology is based on the latest research in adult learning and includes experiential exercises, group discussion, dialogue, case studies, role-plays, personal reflection and personal/group action planning as appropriate. We aim to ensure that all workshops are fun, designed to appeal to all learning styles and are 75% ‘experimental’ based.
