Development means?
But development is not just a list of words It is not just a management task For it to be a feature of Leadership, it has to be a
“state of mind”, something that is inside you, something you are always concerned with
It is almost part of your personality, something you either ARE or you ARE NOT
This is why many Heads are NOT leaders and why many schools do NOT develop. YOU must change!
