What You’ll DoThe Engineering Development Program (EDP) offers you the chance to see, firsthand, our groundbreaking ideas and innovative solutions. Our three-year engineering training program is focused on developing high potential, engineering professionals.
The program combines hands-on experiences and career mentoring with extensive technical, advanced academic, and leadership training classes to accelerate your development. Upon completion of this program you will have the confidence and technical ability to create our next generation of products designed with the customer in mind.
The program offers three one-year rotations designed to challenge you to quickly adapt and add value to each position. Assignments are driven by real regional and global business priorities and we’ll work to meet your unique development needs and career aspirations. This may include working with systems, analysis, design, quality, reliability, integration, and testing.
To help guide you along the way you’ll receive frequent and personal attention from an engineering mentor and senior engineering leadership who will monitor your progress and provide feedback and career coaching. And, at the same time, you’ll also develop and enhance your technical problem-solving skills through advanced engineering course work, reports, and team presentations. It’s a win-win opportunity: as you raise the level of your skills and expertise, we develop our next generation of engineering leaders.
Where You’ll Work Your assignments may begin at any of our North American locations. Each of your three one-year assignments will take place at locations in North America or globally, depending on business needs and training focus.
