GMT EMPOWER 2014-2015
The Empower program was launched in Quarter 3 of 2014-2015 as acapability building program for Bands B3 to C1 Managers. Through this twoday program 241 people managers were covered in 11 batches across 5locations. The program was supported by the expertise of the TalentTransformation team and GMT senior leaders.

Realigning of the existing system of rewards and recognition to meet theexpectations of the workforce and to have a standardized system of rewards andrecognition which runs uniformly across all verticals in GMT
The framework has been tailored to include categories that can quantitatively andfairly measure performance and reward it in a fashion which is uniform across allverticals in GMT.
