The Cryovac® CL20 is a fully automatic pouch loader designed for large cheese blocks up to 40 lbs. (20 kg). The CL20 is designed to handle pre-made, gusseted pouches which are boxed and ready to be inserted into a stainless steel cassette. CL20 Bag Loaders are sold in conjunction with the RG20 re-gusseter, IN20 conveyors, and Mercer’s BetaVac, BetaTest, and BetaTurn systems. This Sealed Air Food Care Cryovac® system is the most efficient system for vacuum packaging large cheese blocks. Plug in modules are designed for quick servicing and product changeovers including a pick and place module, alignment chute, bag opening module, gripper system, and spreader plates.
