These two conference areas are each situated centrally within The Beaumont Estate Conference Venue and are perfect for a wide range of events from boardroom meetings for 10 people to a presentation for up to 50 delegates theatre style.
The Business Centre is located along the first floor within the Wessex Suites and is accessible from all parts of the venue to provide the business centre facilities which may be required by you and your colleagues.

These suites are on two floors and are ideal for day meetings, training seminars, conferences and product launches.
The suites comprise one main room on the first floor, for up to 180 delegates theatre style. The main room can be divided into two separate suites and there are three additional syndicate rooms.
The Balmoral Suite at Beaumont Estate
These suites are on two floors and the main room, on the ground floor, accommodates up to 40 people theatre style.
Seven syndicate rooms are available, each for up to six people boardroom style, and a further breakout space is also based on the ground floor for up to 35 people theatre style.
The Sandringham Suite at Beaumont Estate
These suites are on two floors and incorporate the main room on the ground floor for up to 12 people boardroom style.
The Osborne suites also house 4 syndicate rooms, each for up to 4 delegates, and they are split between the ground and first floors.
The Osborne Suite at Beaumont Estate
These suites are on two floors and comprise the main suite, for up to 80 delegates theatre style with a ceiling height of five metres to enable and support sophisticated and highly technical presentations.
The Kensington suites syndicate room is on the first floor and accommodates up to 50 people theatre style.

Four additional art deco style syndicate rooms and The Barramundi, our executive boardroom or private dining option for up to ten people, complete this venue all the meeting rooms offer the very latest in audio visual technology.
The Hotel’s 26 guest rooms comprise 16 premium deluxe bedrooms and ten lavish suites. Exclusive use of The White House is available on request.

Accommodating up to 120 guests, The Chapel boasts an ornate and elegant ceiling as well as its magnificently restored stained glass window, both dating from 1870. The elegance of the surroundings and understated yet outstanding service ensure The Chapel’s exclusivity.

The Hanover Suite

The Hanover Suite is the centre piece of Beaumont Estate and provides an unrivalled space for a variety of events. Its size, easy accessibility, modern technology and versatility make it the perfect backdrop for conferences, car launches, product launches, exhibitions, award ceremonies, dinner dances and much more.
This superb space accommodates up to 550 delegates and can be divided into three separate areas for between 140 to 180 delegates. Each of these sections has its own entrance.
Access can be directly into the suite from the front of Beaumont House which makes it ideal for the unloading of equipment and fast and efficient set-up. There are also doors directly from the kitchens into The Hanover Suite to ensure the delivery of both exceptional service and an outstanding quality of food for your banqueting requirements.
In addition to a ceiling height of 3.6m, the technical capabilities of this suite are unparallelled: five screens (each 10x7ft) which drop down from the ceiling and can be used in various combinations with the option of connecting to five laptop computers, perfect contrast imaging via the highest quality projectors and a sound system capable of supporting up to nine radio microphones as well as either a CD player or DVD. There are also two 3-phase power sockets, each containing 32amps (located in the middle of the suite) available to support larger back projection events with the option of separate lighting and sound. The maximum floor weight for this suite is 400kg per square metre.
To supplement all this, we work in partnership with technical experts in audio-visual, team building, entertainment and theming and with their added expertise, we provide you with everything you need to make your event a success.
