As future managers
you have a high need
for achievement. We live in an age of unprecedented opportunity: If
Allocating personal one has ambition, drive and smartness, one can rise
time, energy, and to the top of his chosen career – regardless of where
talent ultimately one started from. But with opportunity comes
shapes your career responsibility. It is up to oneself to carve out his
strategy. The choice place in the professional world and stay alert during
a n d s u c c e s s f u l a work life that may span some 50 years. To do this,
p u r s u i t o f a one should cultivate a deep understanding of one's
p ro fes s ion i s a capabilities, strengths and weaknesses.

accomplishment because your careers provide the Peter. F. Drucker in his article 'Managing Oneself' most concrete evidence that you are moving says, “The only way to discover your strengths is forward.through feedback analysis”. Whenever we take up
any task we need to write down what we expect out Wishing you all the very best,
of it. Then, at a later stage, we can compare the
results with our expectations. This simple
technique, practiced consistently, will show after a
few years, where our strengths lie. It will show us
our weak areas and help us build on our strengths.

VJIM
We all have been blessed with the ability to act purposefully, to think rationally and to deal effectively with
our lives and careers. We should have a definite purpose and direction in life. Activities, which are
misleading but seem attractive, may tempt us into changing our track. However, remember that we have a
mission to fulfill and a goal to achieve in life. The temptation may be strong but we have to keep away from
them and focus on our goals. We have to use our discretion to differentiate. We have to think rationally and
effectively manipulate our environment to achieve our goals. Achieving something is a continuous process.
So keep trying. Do not quit. It is just a matter of time and effort. You will surely reach your goal.
