1.0Introduction
1.1 System Description
EtherNet/IP Tool is a PC-based Application that allows the user to evaluate common system configurations by applyingexisting (documented) equations and rules of thumb. Visual network spreadsheet that allows the user to try different networkparameters and configurations to achieve the desired performance, Focus is on 1 main controller, 1 network

1.3 User Profile and Intended Audience
The intended users of this application are Rockwell Automation and distributor sales personnel. These people will useEtherNet/IP Tool at a customers site to quickly create valid configurations according to requirements and to calculateperformance of configuration.

Installation directory path
By default the application will be installed in C:\Program Files\ EtherNetIP Performance Prediction Tool. User can changethe default installation path by using browse button and selecting the desired installation path.
