90% of expenses covered since 2003
Protecting IP abroad and preparing for commercialisation:prototyping, test series, market survey, sales development for SMEs.

Funds Discrimination of applications:
Preference should be given to applications having obtained IP protection (according to Innovation Law, [Art.7(5)])
Funding SMEs to attend training programs fostering entrepreneurial skills (up to 10.000 EUR per applicant!)

Applicable in the following fields of IP:
- Technology transfer,
- IP and copyright consulting,
- Novelty search and patent search,
- Obtaining national IP protection.

Tax incentive
The expenditures spent on obtaining and maintaining national IP protection can be deducted from tax base
