With the upcoming heat waves please remember to stay hydrated, apply sunscreen, and avoid strenuous activity during the hottest part of the day. If someone doesn’t have air conditioning, please choose places to go to for relief from the heat during the warmest part of the day (gyms, libraries, theaters, malls, museums).
