wanted to make the transition as easy as possible.
So, we have migrated current accounts.

- Now instead of

- Click on the new URL and log in with your
current user name and password.
- Complete a few more steps and you are done.

that email and click on the blue Verify

- Starting Nov 1st 2017 all brochures will include the new

your ACCAM number.

10. FAQ
Do I have to choose between the online and software version?
• No, you can use BOTH the online and software versions interchangeably. The online and software
versions are connected, so all of your bookings can be viewed in both.
Does AgentMaxOnline connect to my GDS (i.e. Sabre or Apollo)?
• Yes! AgentMaxOnline connects to ClientBase Plus and ClientBase Browser as of September 28th
2017. Connections to Apollo and Sabre are rolling out in 2018.
How does the product recommendation feature work?
• Based on customers’ trip details, this feature provides specific product recommendations for quotes
to either agents via AgentMax Online or to customers directly via QuoteMax.
Today I use the https://partner.allianztravelinsurance.com site; does my account work in
AgentMaxOnline?
• Yes, simply navigate to www.agentmaxonline.com and log in with your current email and password.
You will get an email to validate your account with additional instructions.

10. FAQ
I already use the software version of AgentMax, how do I set up an account for the online
version?
• It’s easy, just log into the software as normal, click on the Tools item from the top of the screen and
then select AgentMaxOnline from the drop down menu.
I’ve used the software and online versions of AgentMax, will my sales from both show on
reports?
• Yes, not only that, any sales your customer’s completes through either MaxMail and QuoteMax will
show on the reports as well.
I need to purchase the Professional Travel Program; how do I do that?
• As of 9.28.2017 the PTP program will be available in AgentMax. Simply create a quote as normal,
and check the bottom of the product list. Remember; this product is only available for Travel
Agents.
When does the current http://Partner.AllianzTravelInsurance.com site retire?
• That site retires on November 1st 2017
