• For concessional finance andinvestment subsidy for planned effort bylocal entrepreneurs to aggregate andpre-process produces.

• For express settlement of cases relatedto private sector supported landconsolidation efforts.

• For demand side public intervention forgrowth of private agricultural extensionservices.

• For upward revision of ceiling or upperlimit on project size in designedgovernment supported backendsubsidy schemes for entrepreneurs.This is to incentivize medium to bigplayers capable of managing theinherent risk of supply chain in NorthEast.
