This Local Development Plan (LDP) relates to Lot 3620 (5) Exchange Avenue, Harrisdale. Lot 3620 is the subject of application for survey strata subdivision WAPC Ref: 1151-15.

The provisions of the City of Armadale's Town Planning Scheme No. 4 and State Planning Policy 3.1 Residential Design Codes apply unless otherwise varied below.

The following provisions apply to all applications for development on land the subject of this LDP:

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN CODES1. The Residential Design Code applicable to land subject of this LDP is

R40, in accordance with the North Forrestdale (Stage One/ Central) Structure Plan.

SETBACKS2. All setbacks as per Residential Design Codes unless otherwise provided

for this LDP.

CAR PARKING3. A minimum of one parking space must be provided per dwelling on site.
