Exhibit Information Door Prizes
Exhibitors are encouraged to contribute items to
the drawing. Contributors will be recognized.
Items may be submitted to Symposium
personnel at the registration table the day of
each drawing.
Registration
Each exhibit space includes one complimentary
registration. All others attending the booth and/or
Symposium must register.
Exhibitor Advertising
All exhibitors are listed in the Symposium
program - in print and online.

Booth exhibits are located in the Bluebonnet
Ballroom of the Hilton College Station
Booth exhibits measure 8 feet by 8 feet, and
include curtain backdrop, one draped table,
two chairs, and electrical outlet
Tabletop exhibits are located in the hallway
of the Hilton College Station

Exhibit space will be pre-assigned and
identified with a placard. If you have specific

Exhibitors agree not to post, nail, tape, or
otherwise attach items to floors or other parts
of the building or furniture. Exhibitors are
responsible for damages to the hotel if they
do not comply with these requests.
Exhibitors agree to place materials or
signage in a way that does not obstruct the
display of neighboring booths
Additional Materials
Additional materials such as overhead
projectors, easels, markers, etc, may be rented
through Hilton Convention Services. Please

for additional equipment and payment.

Exhibit security is the sole responsibility of
the exhibitor. The Mary Kay O’Connor
Process Safety Center will not assume
responsibility for property loss, damage,
personal injury, or other claims related to
exhibitor space.
Exhibitors are advised to carry insurance to
cover their property against damage and loss
and public liability insurance for claims of
injury to the person and property of others.

Price: $110 per night
For first time visitors, the easiest way to travel to College Station is to fly directly to Easterwood Air-
port (code: CLL), located only minutes from Texas A&M University and the Hilton. There are
connecting flights to College Station from Dallas/Fort Worth (American Airlines) and from Houston
(United).
Alternatively, one can fly to the Houston airports: Intercontinental Airport (code: IAH) or Hobby Air-
port (code: HOU), and rent a car. Driving time from Houston to College Station is about 2
hours. There is also a shuttle bus www.groundshuttle.com, but there are a limited number of trips
each day and it must be booked in advance. It is also possible to fly to Austin Bergstrom Airport
(code: AUS), driving time from Austin to College Station is also about 2 hours (longer trip
but less traffic).
