Department NewsExpecting Travel Reimbursement? The university has a policy that all employees traveling on university business complete a travel authorization prior to traveling in order to submit a reimbursement. It is imperative that you do this – they have considered stating that anyone traveling without an approved TA is not eligible for reimbursement. See Shannon before you travel and she will assist you with completion.
Also, the 60 day rule continues to apply. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE AWARDED if it is past the 60 day rule – this is a state law and therefore no one is exempt.
