affect vs effect- whats the
difference? Affect is a verb- it means to influence
E.g. How do artificial additives affect the
childrens behaviour?
Effect is a noun- you can say a/an/
the/many/some in front of ite.g. The main effect the sugar has is
hyperactivity. There are other effects, such
as raised blood pressure and poor
concentration.
