How research is organizedHow research is organized
Research activities take place at Research Centres/Departments withinthe academic units. Research goals and policies are defined taking intoaccount the guidelines of the Portuguese Research Council (FCT,Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia), such as the evaluation ofresearch centres and the calls for projects.
UNL hosts 41 Research Centres spanning different areas:
