How many standard plans do you have to choose from?You can choose from 288 plans, with more being added all the time. We have an ‘Award Series’ which are a popular choice for many people, especially as a starting point.
Do you offer a Design & Build service?Yes we do. Bring us your ideas or existing plans and we can go from there. We work with a range of professional designers, who can design you a home to any style you wish - and any size – big or small.
How long will it take?A typical build will take about 8 months from start to finish. 3 months for planning & consent and 5 months to build.
How much will it cost?In most centres we can build you a single level home from $998 m2 to $1,259m2 Our two storey homes start at $12 8 9 m2. You will get a high spec’d, high quality home of your choice at prices you wouldn’t imagine possible. (Prices quoted as at 08/07)

Time to buildWeallow20weeksonaveragefromstarttofinish.YourProjectManagerwillkeepyouuptodateviaphone,meetingsandemail.Theywillliasewiththebuild-er,andallothersubcontractorswhoareworkingtobuildyourhome.Theywillmakesureeverythingrunssmoothly,ontimeandonbudgetandensureyouareinformedeverystepoftheway.
Key handoverBythisstage,yourhousehasbeencarefullymanagedthroughallsortsofweather.Finallyyouareseeingyourdreamsbecomeareality.Beforeyoumakeyourfinalpaymentwewillwalkyouthroughyourhomeandmakesureyouarethoroughlyhappy.Oncethefinalaccounthasbeenpaidyouarepresentedwiththekeys(andgaragedooropeners!)toyournewhome.
Maintenance period

Fixed price Contract
Oncewehaveafullsetofworkingdrawings,oursuppliersprovideafull(QS)priceofallthehousecomponents.Weworkoutthecostofeverydetailandpresentyouwithacomprehensivepricingschedule.OnceyougivetheOK,weprepareaMasterBuilderscontract,whichincludesa7yearguarantee.Thecontractissigned,depositispaidandwelodgetheplanforconsent.
