In June of 2009, close to 500
clergy and lay leaders from
around the diocese gathered
to learn from each other about
ministry that works. That was our

for Council. Many details of the diocesan budget, which Council isresponsible for establishing, will be presented at pre-council meetingspieces of information that will be taken up at Council will be distrib-uted at pre-council meetings.
All meetings, except the Central Convocation (San Antonio), willbegin with a light supper at 6:00 pm. The Central Convocation meet-ing will begin with coffee and a light dessert at 6:15 pm. All presenta-tions will start at 6:45 pm.
Pre-council meetings
On Saturday morning, February 19, lay congregational leaders
are invited to join clergy and Council delegates for a series of work-
shops designed to give us tools for implementing the Council theme
communities.
Ten workshops will be offered in two sessions: beginning at 10:20
