BLAKE’SLocated on the upper lobby floor, this elegant room can host up to 60 guests seated. With its antique winery atmosphere and its natural lighting looking onto North Terrace and the hotel lobby, Blake’s is the perfect room for any event.

Embrace the MasterChef craze and learn to cook Japanese cuisine in Shiki. Treat your team to an end-of-year lunch in our award winning restaurant. Guests will be placed into groups with each team given a mystery box of raw ingredients.

After each group has mastered their three course meal, they will then present each dish to the judging panel, comprising of our Chef de Cuisine Kenny Trinh
and the event leader, who will select a winner. Two experienced Shiki chefs will be available on the day to provide each team with their expert knowledge.
