Batesville Food Pantry As we approach the Easter holiday, the
food pantry is in need of some extra food
items: stuffing, boxed potatoes, cake
mix, frosting, and canned fruit.

State of the Parish Meeting There will be a “State of the Parish” meeting on Tuesday,
February 27th at 6:30pm in the school cafeteria.
All are welcome to attend.
Haiti Ministry Soap and Shoe Drive We will be collecting bar soap and gently used walking shoes for our sister parish
in Gandou, Haiti. Please no liquid soap and no boots. Place items in the boxes at
the church exits Feb. 18th & 19th and 25th & 26th. Thank you.
Black & Indian Mission Collection—February 18th This weekend our parish will take up the National Black and Indian Mission
Collection. Our support of this collection helps build the Church in African
American, Native American and Alaska Native communities from coast to coast.
Schools, parish religious education programs, and diocesan ministries depend on
your generosity to help them spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Natural Family Planning A Natural Family Planning Class will be held on Sunday, March 4th, from 9:00am
to 12:15pm in the Deanery Resource Center at St. Louis. There is a $40.00 fee
for books and materials. For reservations call or text Aly at 812-212-4951 or Mike at

Baptism Preparation Class The Baptism preparation class is for parents who are having their first child
Baptized. The next class will be offered on Tuesday, February 20th at 7:00pm in
the Deanery Resource Center at St. Louis. Please call the parish office to register
812-934-3204.
St. Louis School PTO Chicken Dinner Come support the St. Louis School PTO! A chicken dinner will be held at the
Knights of Columbus on Saturday, February 24th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. Carry
out available. There will also be split-the-pot and a cash bar.
St. Louis Catholic Preschool Open House St. Louis Catholic Preschool will hold an open house on Thursday,
March 1st for all new parents and students. Students are
welcome—3 & 4 year olds from 5:00pm—6:00pm and 4 & 5 year
olds from 6:00pm—7:00pm. The preschool is located at 200
South Walnut Street in Batesville. For more information call 812-

Lenten Mission - “Tell All Souls About My Mercy” St. Peter Catholic Church, Brookville is proud to host “Tell All Souls About my
Mercy” presented by MOMM (Mother of Mercy Messengers) on Friday, March 2
and Saturday, March 3. Friday evening will begin with a Lent friendly soup,
supper at 5:30pm for $5.00. St. Faustina’s Stations of the Cross, adoration and
confessions begin at 7:00pm. Saturday will begin with 8:00am Mass followed by a
rosary and then presentation from 9:00am-4:00pm. On Saturday lunch will be
available from Skyline for $5 or bring your own lunch. Drinks will be provided.
Please RSVP by February 21 if you would like to join us for the meal on Friday
and/or would like Skyline on Saturday so we know how many to order. Send

Young Adult First Friday Adoration Please join us for an hour of adoration, along with praise and worship music,
followed by time to socialize and eat! This is a great opportunity to spend some
time with our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament and meet new people.
This month’s First Friday is being hosted by the Young Adults of the New Albany
Deanery. March 2nd at Mt. St. Francis, Mt. St. Francis, Indiana at 7:30pm. For
