Flight Operation assistant DUTIES: - Worldwideflightplanning;
- Arranging over flight/landing permissions, ground handling, slots, fuel,
hotac,cateringandtransport;
- MaintainingandmonitoringcrewflighttimelimitationsaccordingtoEU-
OPSSubpartQrequirementsandthecompanyoperationsmanuals;
- ExtensiveuseofEurocontrolflightmonitoringtools;
- Maintainandupdateoperationsmanagementsystemsduringwholeshift;
- Long/shorttermcrewplanning;
- Calculating andmonitoring crew duties according flight time limitations
(EASAFTL/Companymanuals);
- Directcommunicationwithcrewmembers,informationproviding;
- Worldwidelogisticarrangementsforcrewmembers;
- CrewQualificationsmonitoring;
- Crewtrainingrecordsadministration;
- Crewplanningsystemadministration;
- Otherrelevantdutiesaccordingoperationalneeds.

EXPERIENCE:
