FORENSICINTERVIEWING OF

CHILDREN TRAININGLearn the internationally-recognized NCAC

Child Forensic Interview Structure in this �ve-day, interactive training. Trainees will be

immersed in the latest research-based information on interviewing techniques

along with the opportunity to develop and re�ne interviewing skills during class and in

a child-practicum interview. Additional topics to be covered are the NCAC forensic interview structure, forensic questioning,

developmental issues, interview strategies, corroboration of child abuse cases, memory and suggestibility, testifying in court, mock court, and interviewing tools. Our goal for

this training is to provide each attendee with new knowledge and skills to assist them in

their daily job. In addition, we wish for attendees to depart with new knowledge of colleagues who can be sources of ongoing support in the important work that is done

with children and families in their respective communities.
