3
Project/Account Management – Account/Buyer
- Ability to select timeframe to exclude when using survey group/project level exclusions (e.g. rolling 6 months within a survey group)
- Expand exclusion option to be able to be a project or a survey group
- Email alerts – scope creep
- Use a single link rather than live and test with a parameter to flag test
- Ability to do mid-field reconciliation and have it update all project data correctly
- Process to access archived data
- Activity data across account for all suppliers (no longer avail in supplier breakdown)
- Improve survey response tracking
- Manage survey priority from main manage tab
- One to many country:language option (one screener for CA, both EN and FR CA included)
- Pause all option (and track those impacted to place live again all at once)
4
Project Management – Supplier
- More line of sight to project details
- Planned vs. actual specs
- Security settings
- Routed traffic allowed
- Ability to delete link on a project or pause/block traffic
- Email alerts when specs change, especially when TCPI in use
- Way to customize IMP language without needing separate supplier (i.e. language parameter)
- Alert when new Accounts are added/ability to auto block new accounts
5
Supplier Management
Samplicious/Offerwall
- Use one without the other
- Ability to block suppliers as an account setting
- Cap % any single supplier from Samplicious/Offerwall can obtain
All suppliers
- Redirect updates
- Introduce lock/unlock feature to supplier quota allocations
- Custom supplier groupings
- Alert when new suppliers join
- Ability to select hedge vs. allocation at quota level
6
Qualification Management
- Make adjustments to existing qualifications that are not in use
- Or clone qualifications to update
- Update/Expand geo mapping
- Create qualification groups (i.e. employment, industry, profession)
- Expand capabilities (randomize, grid, other specify)
- Create standards with long lists that you can then pare down for your own study and have still function with everything (logic, conditions, etc.)
- Multi-select through 'Add Qualifications'
7
Quota Management
- Auto nesting
- Balance incoming sample
- Grid edit vendor allocations at quota level
- Consistent functioning for lock/restrict/other quota controls
- Enhanced Quota Design - Allow for OR, NOT IF, and MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE quota types.
This makes quota management more fluid rather than creating complex logic/variable strings to manage
- Superceding quotas - Create a quota type that, when there is remaining allocation, will ignore
all other quotas. For example, when dealing with complex un-nested quotas and you need African Americans, you could create an African American superseding quota that would ignore age or regional quota that would otherwise restrict that respondent from coming in
- External upload of quota def – e.g. upload file of geo codes (zip, DMA, etc) and the quota
group they belong to – auto create quotas from that upload
- Create Minimum/Maximum Quota Types
- Optimistic Quotas
8
Pricing
- Multiple TCPIs with one supplier
- Account/Buyer rate cards instead of QCPI
- Min/max CPIs
